La Rioja government links technological center with university

The La Rioja provincial government, through the Secretariat of Science and Technology, is launching an initiative to integrate the Aimogasta Technological Center (CENTEC) with the National University of La Rioja (UNLaR). This partnership will allow students and faculty from the Aimogasta Regional Branch to utilize the center's laboratories and pilot plant for professional practices, research, and projects tailored to the productive needs of the Arauco department.

Representatives from the provincial government, the Olive Development Foundation, and UNLaR have met to establish a working framework. The goal is to leverage high-tech infrastructure to support applied research and professional training within the regional scientific-technological system.
