La Serena to host Gira Teletón 2026 northern tour finale

La Serena will host the final stop of the northern leg of the Gira Teletón 2026 on Sunday, October 18. The free event is scheduled to take place at the Plaza de Armas starting at 18:00.

The musical lineup includes urban artists such as Lucky Brown, Gino Mella, and Pailita, as well as cumbia performers like Leo Rey, Alanys Lagos, and Koke Núñez. The event also features a K-Pop tribute act for younger audiences. All participating artists and influencers are performing pro bono to support the cause.

María José Zaldívar, General Director of the Teletón Foundation, stated that the tour aims to reach various corners of the country, including locations like Vallenar, to foster unity and prepare for the main charity drive on November 6 and 7. The 2026 campaign seeks to fund technical and professional care for over 31,000 children and adolescents.
