La table de Jean-Mi nominated for best restaurant in France

La table de Jean-Mi, located in Bussang, has been named one of the eleven restaurants in the Grand Est region competing for the title of best restaurant in France. The establishment is part of the 7th edition of TheFork Awards, which highlights emerging culinary talent across France.

Jean-Michel Géhin, head of Domaine de Champé, expressed that the nomination serves as recognition for his team's work. The restaurant, which underwent a high-end transformation in March, is being presented by two-star chef Jean-Yves Schillinger. The public can vote via TheFork Awards platform until October 19, with the final results expected on November 30.
