La Voie Express Group invests MAD 100 million in Moroccan logistics hub

La Voie Express Group, a subsidiary of H&S Group, is investing MAD 100 million (approximately $10.7 million) to establish a new logistics platform in Lqliaa, located south of Agadir. The company has signed an agreement with the Moroccan Logistics Development Agency (AMDL) to secure a 25,000-square-meter plot within the Lqliaa Logistics Zone.

This facility will serve as the group’s second logistics site in the Agadir region. The platform is designed to provide integrated services under one roof, including warehousing, order preparation, value-added logistics, transportation, and regional distribution. This centralized approach aims to support manufacturers, distributors, and retailers by shortening delivery times and simplifying supply chains.

The investment is strategically positioned to serve the Souss-Massa region, which is a major hub for agricultural, fishing, and commercial activities. The project is expected to create approximately 100 direct and indirect jobs, contributing to local economic development and the broader expansion of Morocco’s logistics infrastructure.
