Labin introduces full municipal bill payments via KEKS Pay
The City of Labin has become the first city in Croatia to integrate its entire range of municipal services and institutions into the KEKS Pay mobile application. This allows residents to pay various bills directly from their smartphones, including communal fees, water services from Vodovoda Pula – Labin, and waste management from 1. Maj Labin.
The service also covers bills for several local institutions, such as the Matka Brajše Rašana Art School, Ivo Lola Ribar and Matije Vlačića elementary schools, the Labin Home for the Elderly, and the Pjerina Verbanac Kindergarten. The application offers features such as fee-free payments, a centralized archive of bills, and payment reminders.
To promote the service, the city is running a campaign throughout October where the first 3,500 users who activate the KEKS Pay utility service and meet specific conditions can receive a 20 euro reward. Information regarding this promotion has been distributed to citizens via leaflets included with their municipal bills.
