Labo San introduces new fusion menu in Trani

Labo San, located in Trani, has launched a new menu that blends Japanese culinary traditions with local Apulian flavors. The gastronomic offerings include items such as gyoza, temaki, and new sushi rolls featuring lobster and truffle. Other highlights include miso-marinated black cod, udon with lobster, and soy-lacquered pork belly.

A unique fusion dish, ramen with Apulian ciambotto, is featured to bridge the two cultures. The establishment also offers an expanded cocktail bar with signature drinks and a weekly schedule of themed events including mixology sessions, live radio, house music, and live musical performances.
