Federal investigators inspected four of the chain’s nine locations and found the businesses—Rehman LLC, IN LLC, IQ LLC, and MOON LLC—failed to keep hour records, paid straight‑time for overtime, and paid at least one worker below the federal minimum wage of $7.25.
