Labor management and employee support seminars announced for 2026

Various professional seminars are scheduled to address labor management and employee support challenges within Japanese companies.

A two-day free seminar hosted via the Sapporo Industrial Portal will take place on November 6 and 13, 2026. The program features experts including labor and social security attorneys, lawyers, and industrial physicians. Topics include compliance with equal pay for equal work, managing customer harassment, handling dismissals, and supporting employees returning from medical leave. The sessions also cover workforce diversity, including foreign talent and women's health issues.

Additionally, Advantage Risk Management Co., Ltd. will host a web seminar on September 14, 2026, focused on the role of counseling in resolving corporate issues. This session aims to assist human resources and management professionals in addressing mental health, interpersonal relationships, and career development. The seminar will explore how Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and external consultation services can reduce the burden on management and prevent employee turnover.
