Labor negotiations continue for Italian public and multiservice sectors
Negotiations are ongoing regarding the renewal of the CCNL for managers within the Presidency of the Council of Ministers for the 2022-2024 period. During a meeting at ARAN, representatives from Unadis and Confdas discussed the initial draft of the contract. Key demands from Unadis include addressing the loss of purchasing power due to inflation, reducing the pay gap between different management tiers, and establishing specific regulations for remote work (lavoro agile).
In the multiservice sector, a new CCNL agreement has been signed by Conflavoro PMI, CONFSAL, CONFSAL Federlavoratori, and Fesica, effective June 1, 2026. An additional integrative agreement, effective October 1, 2026, introduces changes to annual leave entitlements, seniority pay for workers, and compensation for rescheduled rest days. These updates aim to provide greater regulatory certainty and align with technical economic parameters.
