Labor unions in Argentina and Mexico launch initiatives and celebrate milestones

The San Luis Bakers' Union in Argentina has launched a sensitization campaign to combat bullying and workplace harassment. Led by Martinelli, the initiative aims to highlight the consequences of various forms of violence, including verbal, physical, social, cyber, and psychological bullying. The campaign specifically addresses 'mobbing'—repeated hostile or degrading psychological harassment in the workplace—to promote respect and empathy among workers.

In Mazatlán, Mexico, the Union of Workers in the Service of the Mazatlán City Council (STASAM) celebrated its 48th anniversary. During the event, municipal authorities, represented by Secretary Abraham Alfonso Ávalos Osuna, recognized the essential role unionized workers play in providing public services. The city government expressed a commitment to maintaining institutional dialogue and communication with the union to address worker needs.
