Labour Party candidates hold strategic consultations for 2027 elections

Labour Party candidates in Nigeria are engaging in strategic grassroots consultations ahead of the 2027 general elections. In Abia State, the Women’s Wing of the Alayi Development Union has pledged support for Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, the party’s candidate for the Bende Federal Constituency. During a meeting at Alayi Central School, Anyaso addressed concerns regarding poor-quality infrastructure in the constituency, attributing such issues to ineffective representation and promising to pursue transparent, high-standard projects if elected.

In Delta State, Senatorial Candidate Olorogun Dr. Mrs. Onome Bernice Dema met with the Labour Party Delta Central Executive in Udu. The consultation aimed to strengthen the party’s organizational structure and unity. Local government chairmen and party leaders expressed their commitment to Dema’s senatorial campaign, emphasizing the need for collective action and mobilization to secure victory in the upcoming elections.
