Lac Thuy social policy credit supports local economic development

In Lac Thuy, preferential credit from the Social Policy Bank transaction office is supporting local residents in developing production, creating jobs, and improving living standards. The capital is being used to implement poverty reduction goals and ensure social security in the region.

In the first nine months of 2026, lending volume at the Lac Thuy transaction office across the communes of Lac Thuy, An Binh, and An Nghia reached 171.6 billion VND. This represents 2,372 customers accessing capital, a 158% increase compared to the same period last year. The funds have supported 283 poor, near-poor, and newly escaped poverty households in developing their economies, while creating or expanding employment for 323 workers.
