Lacco Ameno and Anguillara implement local infrastructure improvements

Lacco Ameno has opened a new parking area on Via Circumvallazione (Provincial Road 270) to address chronic parking shortages in the town center. The facility can accommodate up to 50 vehicles and will operate under a paid parking system, including hourly rates and monthly subscriptions for residents and workers.

Mayor Domenico De Siano stated that the project aims to improve urban mobility and accessibility, easing pressure on central streets to benefit local commerce and tourism.

Separately, the La Sedia viewpoint area in Anguillara has reopened following restoration work. The project involved repairing the walking surface and addressing erosion issues caused by rainwater to preserve the panoramic lookout point located along the lake.
