Lachie Neale gifts Jack Ginnivan wine following AFL tribunal outcome

AFL player Lachie Neale has revealed he purchased an exclusive bottle of pinot noir for Jack Ginnivan as a thank-you for his role during a controversial tribunal hearing.

Neale had previously faced a potential suspension for striking Ginnivan during a preliminary final. Following a marathon hearing and a successful appeal by Brisbane, the ban was downgraded, allowing Neale to participate in the grand final victory.

During an appearance on the Footy And Friends podcast, Neale confirmed the gift was a limited-release ‘Mr September’ pinot noir by Will Ashcroft. Neale advised Ginnivan to let the wine sit for approximately six months before opening it.
