Lachlan Peace banned from retail park following B&M thefts

Lachlan Peace, 34, has been issued a two-year Criminal Behaviour Order following a series of thefts at B&M stores in Prescot, Earlestown, and Newton-le-Willows. Peace pleaded guilty to four counts of shop theft at Liverpool Crown Court.

The thefts, which occurred between April and June, involved various items. In addition to the order banning him from Cables Retail Park and several streets in Earlestown, Peace was ordered to pay £160 in compensation to B&M and complete a 12-month community order.
