Lada Niva 2027 prototype images revealed

First images of the upcoming 2027 Lada Niva have emerged from the Russian Federal Institute of Industrial Property. The project, known as T-134, aims to provide a compact, affordable, and retro-styled alternative to vehicles like the Dacia Duster.

While the development of this new generation began under the Renault Group's partnership with AvtoVAZ, the project has continued independently following Renault's exit from the Russian market due to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Although the new model maintains design links to the third-generation Dacia Duster—specifically in proportions and certain panels—it features a unique front end, a different C-pillar, and a modified rear design.
