Ladd McConkey faces injury uncertainty ahead of Chargers-Raiders game

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey is expected to miss the team’s Week 2 game against the Las Vegas Raiders due to a rib injury sustained during the season opener against the Arizona Cardinals. McConkey, who recorded five catches for 82 yards and a touchdown in the first game, missed practice on both Wednesday and Thursday. While head coach Jim Harbaugh previously described his status as “day-to-day,” his availability for Sunday remains uncertain.
