Ladies Libertas Livorno coach Andreoli details roster plan for Serie A1 season

Coach Andreoli explained that each player joining Ladies Libertas Livorno arrives with a personal motivation, whether it is debuting in Serie A1, relaunching after a difficult period, returning from abroad, or, for the foreign signings, proving their value. He highlighted the contributions of newcomers Qadashah Hoppie, who aims to resume an offensive leadership role after her stint in Fribourg, Vivien Borondy, whose rapid integration impressed the staff, Adrianna Smith, praised for both her basketball skills and character after a strong rookie season in Australia, and Jodie Cornelie, expected to play a key role in the team’s resurgence.

Andreoli said the roster was built around ten players capable of playing the full 28‑meter court with high intensity, fast pace and aggressiveness from the first possession. The coach emphasized the club’s philosophy of an “intense, fast and electric” style of basketball as the guiding principle for the upcoming Serie A1 campaign.
