The collaboration ‘Die With A Smile’ by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars has surpassed 4 billion streams on Spotify. This achievement marks the fastest song to reach this milestone in the platform's history and is the first time a track led by a female artist has accomplished the feat.

Released in August 2024, the song previously set records for the speed of reaching 1 billion, 2 billion, and 3 billion streams. It reached the 1 billion mark in 96 days and took approximately 765 days to cross the 4 billion threshold. Data indicates that since passing 900 million streams, the song has outpaced other major hits like Harry Styles’ ‘As It Was’ and The Weeknd’s ‘Blinding Lights’ in terms of growth per 100 million streams.

The track has earned significant global certifications, including 11× Diamond in Brazil, 8× Platinum in Australia and Canada, and Diamond status in France and Poland. In the United Kingdom, it has achieved 3× Platinum, representing 1.8 million certified units, while in Spain, it has reached 300,000 units.
