Lago Puelo father sparks outrage after filming 9-year-old daughter driving

A video showing a nine-year-old girl driving a vehicle through the streets of Lago Puelo, Chubut, has sparked widespread indignation on social media. The footage, recorded by the girl's father, shows the minor at the wheel with another child in the car.
