Lagoa YogaFest returns with four days of free sessions

The sixth edition of Lagoa YogaFest will take place from September 17 to 20 at Pátio das Gerações. Organized by Ideias do Levante – Associação Cultural de Lagoa in partnership with the Municipality of Lagoa, the event offers free sessions for practitioners of all levels, including beginners.

The program includes Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, and Chakra Yoga. Activities are designed for various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, with specific sessions such as ‘A Mala da Calma’ for kids.

In-person sessions are limited to a maximum of 15 participants and require prior registration. While participation is free, the organizers accept optional monetary donations.
