Lagom Perequê Luxury Condo in Porto Belo Features 32,000 m² of Amenities

The Lagom Perequê project, developed by GT Home in partnership with ABC Empreendimentos, is a high‑end residential complex in Porto Belo, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Spread over a 123,000 m² site less than 80 m from the beach, the development includes a 32,000 m² leisure area – roughly the size of five football fields – divided into 57 spaces such as a private‑pool party hall, gourmet areas, yoga studio, beach‑tennis and padel courts, multiple pools, kids and teen zones, and a Beach Point with loungers, lockers and showers.

The venture has an estimated gross development value (VGV) of R$ 3.5 billion, with more than R$ 750 million in units already sold across three towers under construction. About 90,000 m² of the land is set aside for environmental preservation along the Lagoa do Perequê, and the project holds the largest construction permit ever issued in Porto Belo. Developers say the shift toward extensive common‑area amenities reflects a broader change in buyer preferences toward experiential living.
