Lagos Court restrains Lizzy Anjorin from posting photos of Priscilla Ojo’s son

A Lagos State High Court has issued an interim restraining order against Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin, prohibiting her from publishing or circulating photographs of Rakeem Mkambala, the infant son of actress Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.

Presided over by Justice Yetunde Ademola-Adesanya, the court order (Suit No. LD/ADR/6646/2026) also bars Anjorin and her representatives from posting editorials or defamatory commentary concerning Priscilla Ojo and her husband on various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp. The injunction applies to several accounts allegedly associated with Anjorin.

The order was granted ex parte, meaning it was issued pending a full hearing of the substantive motion. In response to the legal action, Anjorin dismissed the proceedings during an Instagram Live session, describing the case as “dead on arrival” and criticizing the practice of sharing legal documents on social media before they are officially served.

The legal dispute follows a period of public tension between Anjorin and the family of veteran actress Iyabo Ojo, Priscilla’s mother.
