Lagos hosts two major 2026 business leadership conferences

The Institute of Change Management (ICM) announced its 2026 Annual Conference in Lagos on 3‑4 September at NECA House. Headline speakers include Sahara Group Group Managing Director Kola Adesina and Africa Prudential Plc Managing Director Catherine Nwosu, who will discuss change, transformation and sustainable growth for organisations.

Separately, the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria held an induction ceremony for 199 new members in Lagos as part of its 2026 annual conference. The event, themed “Igniting Africa’s Renaissance: Strategic Leadership, Innovation and Enterprise for Sustainable Growth,” featured a keynote by Tony Attah, Managing Director and CEO of Renaissance Africa Energy Company Ltd, emphasizing the need for strategic leadership to turn Africa’s potential into measurable results.
