Lagos Water Corporation launches Water Ambassadors Initiative

The Lagos Water Corporation (LWC) has launched the Water Ambassadors Initiative, a community engagement program aimed at improving water awareness, conservation, and hygiene across Lagos. Unveiled by Managing Director Engr. Mukhtaar Tijani, the initiative seeks to establish a network of influential individuals to serve as a link between the Corporation and local residents.

These ambassadors are tasked with promoting responsible water use and sustainable management while providing a structured channel for communication and feedback. Tijani emphasized that the ambassadors should act as trusted voices to accurately communicate LWC developments and help the Corporation better understand community needs.
