Laguna Beach Luxury Homes Reach $112 Million Record Price

Two ultra‑expensive properties in Laguna Beach, California, illustrate the area's booming luxury market. A fully remodelled 4‑bedroom, 3‑bath residence at 15 N Vista De Catalina in the gated Three Arch Bay enclave was listed for $5.9 million, featuring a private funicular tram, ocean‑front views and exclusive beach access.

A separate cliff‑side mansion in the Emerald Bay gated community, designed by architect Fred Briggs, was put on the market for $112 million. Spanning roughly 14,400 sq ft over an acre, the home includes eight bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a rotating circular bed with a retractable dome, an amphitheatre, tennis court and private beach cove. Previously owned by automotive entrepreneur David Wilson, the property represents Orange County’s first nine‑figure real‑estate transaction and threatens to become the region’s most expensive home ever sold.
