Lahj Governorate launches relief convoys for frontline forces and families

The local authority in Lahj Governorate has launched multiple food and relief convoys to support military forces and displaced families stationed near combat lines.

One convoy was dispatched to the Al-Musaymir district, providing integrated food baskets, logistics, and ready-to-eat meals, water, and dates for soldiers and families living near the contact lines. This initiative follows previous support efforts in the Al-Mudarabah and Ras al-Ara districts.

A third convoy was organized for the Al-Hadd Yafa district, also featuring food supplies and essential goods for those affected by the conflict. Governor Murad Ali al-Halimi and members of the community mobilization and support committee oversaw the operations. Local officials stated that these efforts are part of a continuous program to provide medical and nutritional aid to frontline areas and to strengthen the resilience of the civilian population living in high-risk zones.
