L'aire d'u conference series examines AI ethics and student engagement

Carl‑Maria Mörch, a psychologist and AI researcher, presented a talk on artificial intelligence that went beyond popular concepts to stress the need for an ethical, deontological and professional framework. He discussed the psychological role of AI, current experiments in Belgian primary schools, French initiatives such as AI‑based tools for student orientation, and the emerging European legal framework that will regulate AI use in education.

A second recording from the same platform featured a presentation on how "mise en création" can inform student engagement, produced by the Centre de recherche sur l'éducation, les apprentissages et la didactique (CREAD) at University Rennes 2. The resource outlines intellectual‑property restrictions, permissible private use, and the responsibilities of educators in applying the material.
