Lajos Galambos begins selling parts of large Boldogasszonypuszta estate

Musician and presenter Lajos Galambos has begun the process of selling parts of his extensive estate in Boldogasszonypuszta. The property, which spans approximately 1.5 million square meters—roughly the size of Margaret Island—was formerly owned by the Esterházy family.

Galambos originally purchased the manor house and has since expanded the holdings to include forests, lakes, and surrounding lands. He has spent decades developing the area into a nature-focused estate featuring diverse wildlife, including deer and various water bodies.

Following personal changes, including his divorce and the death of his wife, Galambos expressed a desire to start a new chapter. While he intends to sell large portions of the land, he plans to continue living on the estate with his children, with plans to build a lightweight house near the lake.
