Lake Cargelligo house linked to Julian Ingram destroyed in suspected arson
A house in Lake Cargelligo linked to triple-killer Julian Ingram, also known as Julian Pierpoint, was destroyed in a suspected arson attack on Monday, September 21.
The fire was reported at approximately 3:30 am at a property located on the corner of Lorne Street and Conapaira Street. Fire and Rescue NSW, supported by the NSW Rural Fire Service, responded to the scene. Firefighters found the single-level residence fully engulfed in flames, which also caused damage to a neighboring house. The property was reportedly vacant at the time of the incident, and no injuries were reported.
NSW Police have taken over the scene and are treating the fire as suspicious. The property was previously sold in 2018 for $35,000. Authorities are requesting that anyone with CCTV, dashcam, or mobile phone footage related to the incident contact the Lake Cargelligo Police Station or Crime Stoppers.
