Lakis Lazopoulos announces return of Al Tsantiri News

Satirist Lakis Lazopoulos announced the return of his program, ‘Al Tsantiri News’, scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, at 21:00. During an appearance on MEGA Non Stop, Lazopoulos expressed his intention to use the platform to voice opposition to various societal and political trends.

Lazopoulos criticized the current state of television, suggesting that hypocrisy in broadcasting has driven audiences toward social media. He also addressed the limitations placed on satire, arguing that it has become overly restricted.

Regarding Greek politics, Lazopoulos offered critiques of several figures and parties. He commented on the perceived weakness of Konstantinos Tasoulas, criticized Health Minister Adonis Georgiadis regarding his connection to hospital realities, and characterized the New Democracy party as having moved toward the far-right. He also noted that the rebranding efforts of Alexis Tsipras have lacked clear direction and substance.
