Lakis Lazopoulos returns to MEGA with Al Tsantiri News premiere

Lakis Lazopoulos returned to the screen on October 7 with the premiere of the satirical program ‘Al Tsantiri News’ on MEGA. The show achieved high viewership ratings, reaching up to 28% in certain segments of the target audience.

The premiere included a musical appearance by Eleonora Zouganeli, who delivered an emotional tribute to the late artist Giorgos Mazonakis. Zouganeli expressed that the loss of Mazonakis has impacted society and stated she did not feel the courage to sing his songs, opting instead to dedicate a song by Antonis Vardis to his memory.

During the broadcast, Lazopoulos used his satirical platform to comment on current events, specifically addressing the circumstances surrounding Mazonakis' death. He raised criticisms regarding alternative medical practices and the conditions at a medical facility in Kolonaki, suggesting that the artist may have passed away before being transported to the hospital.
