l’Alfàs del Pi completes tourism sustainability plans with 4.6 million euros

The municipality of l’Alfàs del Pi has completed two Territorial Tourism Sustainability Destination Plans (PSTD) corresponding to the 2022 and 2023 calls. The projects were fully funded by European Union funds through the NextGenerationEU program as part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

The final investment totaled 4,629,410.54 euros, exceeding the initial projection of 4,443,235 euros. This increase allowed for the execution of 26 actions, two more than the 24 originally planned. Mayor Vicente Arques expressed satisfaction with the completion of the committed investments and the management of European funds within the municipality.
