l’Alfàs del Pi hosts traditional Petanca Tournament

The traditional Petanca Tournament held during the Fiestas de l’Albir in l’Alfàs del Pi has concluded, bringing together enthusiasts of various nationalities. The winning pair of this edition was Philippe Maes and Alain Diet.

Other notable results included second place for Anthony Deword and Alain Maes, while the consolation bracket winners were Philippe Marchal and Jean Llorca. The tournament highlights the social and sporting importance of petanca in the municipality, supported by local infrastructure including fourteen municipal courts in the Los Eucaliptos park.
