LaLiga secures new broadcasting deals in China and Brazil
LaLiga has secured new broadcasting agreements in both China and Brazil, expanding its global media footprint. In mainland China, Migu has become the exclusive new media partner for four seasons, spanning from the 2026/27 to the 2029/30 seasons. The deal includes live coverage of all 380 matches per season, along with on-demand content, highlights, and short clips, all localized in Chinese.
In Brazil, CazéTV, managed by Livemode, holds the exclusive broadcasting rights for LaLiga until May 2032. Following a significant financial investment to secure these rights, CazéTV is reportedly seeking a partner to sublicense a portion of the matches to help manage the high costs of the long-term contract. The platform aims to reach younger audiences through YouTube, social media, and streaming services like Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video.
