Lam Dong proposes adding 531 routes to 2026 land price list

Lam Dong provincial authorities are proposing to add 531 new routes to the province's land price list for 2026. This proposal follows a review by the Land Price Appraisal Council to address gaps in the current pricing framework.

The update aims to include roads and areas that have been newly invested in, upgraded, or changed due to administrative boundary adjustments. Currently, the lack of updated data for certain locations has caused difficulties in determining land-related financial obligations, land allocation, leasing, and compensation for resettlement.

The proposed adjustments cover 1,240 routes across 59 communes and wards. In addition to the 531 new routes, the plan includes adjusting the names and map details for 533 existing routes and removing 42 redundant routes resulting from administrative mergers.
