Lam Research announces dividend hike and board retirements

Lam Research Corporation has announced several corporate updates, including a 27% increase in its quarterly dividend. The Board of Directors approved raising the dividend from $0.26 to $0.33 per share, with the payment scheduled for October 14, 2026.

Additionally, the company announced that board members Michael R. Cannon and Sohail U. Ahmed will retire effective November 2, 2026. Cannon, who joined the board in 2011, has a background with companies such as Seagate and Dell, while Ahmed joined in 2019 following a career at Intel.

Furthermore, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Doug Bettinger is scheduled to participate in the Citi 2026 Global TMT Conference on September 9 and the Goldman Sachs Communicopia + Technology Conference on September 10.
