Lambayeque Regional Government issues contracts to former councilor and family

Carmen Carhuallanqui Heredia, a former municipal councilor associated with former mayor Roberto Torres Gonzales, has reportedly secured contracts with the Lambayeque Regional Government (GORE). Carhuallanqui, who is currently a collaborator for regional governor Jorge Pérez Flores, holds a service order for S/24,000 to perform coordination and project management tasks.

Reports indicate that Carhuallanqui’s family members have also obtained contracts with the regional government. Her daughter, Milagritos Cadenillas Carhuallanqui, earns S/10,500 working for the Special Project Olmos Tinajones (PEOT) after previously working in the regional communications and education offices. Additionally, Joel Cadenillas Carhuallanqui has secured contracts totaling up to S/20,100 for providing construction materials to regional management offices.
