Lamborghini unveils 2027 Temerario Super Trofeo race car

Lamborghini has officially unveiled the Temerario Super Trofeo, the next‑generation one‑make race car that will replace the Huracán in its brand cup series from the 2027 season. The vehicle will be used across Lamborghini’s continental championships in Asia, Europe and North America.

The Super Trofeo is powered by a turbocharged V8 delivering 620 hp at 7,000 rpm and 650 Nm of torque, transmitted through a six‑speed sequential gearbox to the rear wheels. It features an aluminium‑carbon fibre chassis, FIA‑approved safety cage, and a revised suspension with dual wishbones and adjustable dampers supplied by KW Automotive. The car’s dry weight is 1,392 kg. A road‑going version of the Temerario, built in‑house, produces up to 800 hp and incorporates a hybrid system, but the race‑only model cannot be driven on public roads.

Pricing for the Super Trofeo has been set at €295,000 (around 105 million forints), inclusive of taxes, duties and delivery. The model was presented at the Lamborghini Arena event.
