LaMelo Ball sparks debate over parenting comments

Minnesota Timberwolves guard LaMelo Ball has drawn attention following comments regarding his parental responsibilities. During an ESPN interview on NBA Tip-Off, Ball was asked by host Ernie Johnson Jr. if he changes diapers for his nine-month-old son, LaOne.

Ball stated that his partner, Ana Montana, handles those duties, noting, “We got a good gameplan going on. So I know what I gotta do, bring to the table, she know what she gotta do, bring to the table.” When Johnson suggested he might be missing out, Ball clarified that while he has changed diapers before, he considers it “not my job.”
