Lamine Yamal and Kylian Mbappé face off in El Clásico

Lamine Yamal and Kylian Mbappé are set to face each other in the upcoming El Clásico at Camp Nou, just one day before the Ballon d'Or ceremony in London. The match serves as a high-stakes encounter for both players, who are leading their respective teams, Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Yamal enters the match in peak form, recording 10 goals and 10 assists this season. He holds a significant head-to-head advantage over Mbappé, with 9 wins to 2 in their previous 11 meetings. Mbappé, meanwhile, has scored 12 goals in the same number of matches but has fewer assists.

While the Ballon d'Or voting concluded in September, the match provides a platform for both stars to demonstrate their current standing. Other prominent nominees for the award include Harry Kane, Ousmane Dembélé, and Lionel Messi.
