Lampung Governor coordinates 3 million houses program and rural economic initiatives

Lampung Governor Rahmat Mirzani Djausal is spearheading regional development initiatives focused on housing and rural economic empowerment. On September 20, 2026, the Governor held a coordination meeting to discuss the implementation of the National Strategic Program (PSN) for 3 million houses within Lampung Province.

Additionally, the Governor launched a technical guidance program to increase the capacity of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as part of the ‘Desaku Maju’ (My Village Advances) program. This initiative aims to transform villages into engines of economic growth by optimizing local resources in sectors such as agriculture, plantations, livestock, and fisheries. The goal is to increase the added value of local commodities and reduce poverty through inclusive and sustainable economic development starting from the village level.
