Lamsa and BYD announce dozens of new jobs in Brazil
Lamsa, the concessionaire that manages Rio de Janeiro’s Linha Amarela, has opened 22 vacancies, including 20 CLT positions in areas such as conservation, maintenance, driving and toll‑operator roles, plus two internships in engineering and planning. Benefits for hired staff include transportation vouchers, meal allowances, health and dental plans, gym access, life insurance, childcare assistance and profit‑sharing; interns receive a market‑aligned stipend and similar benefits.
Chinese‑owned automaker BYD, expanding its Camaçari plant in Bahia, is recruiting 86 workers for its Brazil factory. The openings span technical, administrative and operational functions, including engineering, automation, safety, quality control and logistics. The company offers medical and dental coverage, meal vouchers, transportation benefits, life insurance and access to wellness programs, as well as childcare aid where eligible.
