Lancianofiera installs new Board of Directors with Nicola Paglione as president

A new Board of Directors has been officially installed at Lancianofiera, with lawyer Nicola Paglione appointed as the new president. The election took place during an inaugural session on September 30, following recent controversies involving local municipal and regional authorities.

The new board includes Alberto Paone, a representative of Bper, who has been confirmed as vice president, and Ombretta Mercurio, who transitions from her role as outgoing president to a member of the board representing the Abruzzo Region.

In a statement reviewing her tenure, Ombretta Mercurio expressed satisfaction with the tangible results achieved during her leadership, noting that her work helped revitalize the entity and restore its central role and attractiveness. While she expressed regret regarding the communication methods and the five-month delay in the appointment process, she thanked the President of the Abruzzo Region, Marco Marsilio, for her reappointment to the board.
