Lanciano's Sala Mazzini to host new film series

The Sala Mazzini in Lanciano is set to host a new film series titled ‘Cinema d’autore, grandi classici’ from October 14 to December 13, 2026. The recently renovated historic venue will feature a diverse program including restored classics, contemporary and independent cinema, comedies, genre films, and family-oriented screenings.

Artistic director and director Stefano Odoardi, who participated in the announcement via connection from Paris, will oversee the program. The initiative aims to promote collective viewing experiences through screenings held primarily on Thursdays and Fridays. These events will often include appearances by directors, actors, and critics to engage with the audience.
