Land Rover Range Rover undergoing facelift update
Land Rover is preparing a minor facelift for the fifth-generation Range Rover, nearly five years after the current model's debut. Recent spy shots captured at the Nürburgring provide a detailed look at the prototype during testing.
The update is expected to be subtle rather than a complete redesign. While the overall shape of the grille and bumper remains consistent with the outgoing model, the grille mesh appears to feature a modified pattern with smaller, more closely spaced horizontal slats. Potential updates may also include a new signature for the daytime running lights.
Interior modifications are anticipated, specifically regarding technology, with reports suggesting the possible introduction of a new curved infotainment display. The powertrain lineup is expected to remain largely unchanged, with flagship models likely retaining the 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine sourced from BMW.
