Land Rover unveils Defender Vertex variant for 2027 model year
Land Rover announced the Defender Vertex, a new trim for the 2027 Defender range, aimed at buyers seeking a tougher appearance while retaining off‑road capability. The Vertex is available on the two‑door 90, four‑door 110 and the larger 130, featuring extended front and rear bumpers in a Shadow Atlas matte finish, a larger grille, updated fog lamps and body‑coloured lower cladding that lower the vehicle's visual profile.
Exterior updates also include a rear spoiler, yellow‑colour brake calipers and new 22‑inch alloy wheels, with additional colour options such as Santorini Black, Woolstone Green, Namib Orange and several shades of grey. Inside, buyers can select Windsor leather, Ultrafabrics or a new Forged polyester textile, with standard three‑zone climate control, Cabin Air Purification Plus and a domestic power outlet; the Defender 130 adds a four‑zone system. A six‑seat layout is offered on the 110 model.
Land Rover confirmed that the Defender Vertex can be ordered through authorized dealers in Vietnam, where the vehicle is positioned in the luxury SUV segment. Prices for the Defender 110 are expected to range from approximately 5.3 billion to over 6.3 billion Vietnamese dong, depending on configuration.
