Landmark Group appoints Pankaj Pal as Management Advisor

Landmark Group, a real estate developer based in the Delhi-NCR region, has appointed industry veteran Pankaj Pal as its Management Advisor. In this strategic role, Pal will collaborate with executive leadership to oversee business growth, project conceptualization, funding frameworks, brand management, and sales and revenue strategies for the company’s commercial and residential portfolios.

Pal brings over 30 years of experience in the Indian real estate sector. His previous leadership roles include Managing Director at Whiteland Corporation, Group Executive Director at AIPL, Chief Sales Officer at M3M India and Ireo, and Executive Director of Sales & Corporate Finance at Vatika Group. He has also previously served as Executive Director at Landmark Group.

Sandeep Chhillar, Founder and Chairman of Landmark Group, stated that Pal’s expertise in architectural planning and capital strategy aligns with the company’s vision for growth as it expands its footprint across prime micro-markets in Delhi-NCR.
