Lando Norris wins F1 Dutch Grand Prix with back-to-back victories

Lando Norris secured his second consecutive victory at the Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix, finishing more than 11 seconds ahead of Mercedes driver Kimi Antonelli. The win marks Norris’s 13th career victory and strengthens his position in the championship race, despite trailing Antonelli by 83 points.

Following the race, Norris expressed concerns regarding the McLaren MCL40, specifically noting its lack of performance in low-speed, winding sections. He urged the team to focus development on these weaknesses to avoid a difficult end to the season. George Russell also noted that McLaren has become the team to beat following their recent upgrades.

At Mercedes, controversy arose regarding team orders during the race. Mercedes confirmed that allowing Antonelli to pass Russell was a strategic decision intended to secure a double podium, noting that the move was consistent with pre-race agreements to avoid intra-team battles that could cost track position.
