Langgöns, Linden, and Pohlheim launch regional tourism survey

The municipalities of Langgöns, Linden, and Pohlheim in the Gießen district have launched an online survey to improve regional leisure, recreation, and tourism offerings. The project aims to better link local services and identify untapped opportunities for development.

Supported by the Gießen district tourism promotion and LEADER funds from the state of Hessen, the initiative seeks input from residents regarding their favorite locations, hidden gems, and missing amenities. District Administrator Anita Schneider noted that local knowledge is vital for creating tourism developments that suit the region and enhance the quality of life for residents. The survey consists of seven questions and is open until September 22.
